Même une étoile ne serait pas valable pour le service DPD. Mon colis a été livré à la mauvaise adresse, et je l'ai donc perdu ! Il a fallu PLUS d'un MOIS à DPD pour résoudre le problème et recevoir mon argent pour la perte. Service client horrible. Je n'achèterai jamais rien de ce qui est livré par DPD
Ils se moquent simplement des gens. Non professionnel, grossier, sans éducation et inutile.
C'est la troisième fois que je reçois un e-mail m'informant que j'étais absent alors que j'étais à la maison. La première fois, ils l'ont déposé dans un point relais sans mon accord (tant pour la confidentialité...), la deuxième fois, le colis a été réexpédié à mon domicile, et la troisième fois, l'e-mail indique que je peux le récupérer à Rothenburg, à trois heures de route, ou que je dois payer des frais de livraison... Pas de commentaire. Avant ces expériences, je n'avais jamais eu de problèmes avec DPD ; ils étaient très fiables.
I'm experiencing the same issue. I urgently ordered cat food for my cat, but it's delivered at a whim; they claim it can't be delivered, haha. Why don't their drivers stay home if they don't want to do their jobs? And all you offer are flimsy excuses. You can read customer reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere. They're continuing exactly as before, driving customers away. Only packages from China can be left at designated drop-off points, even though there are plenty of places to leave them and a doorbell ringing because many people are home.
Yesterday morning, January 11, 2026, I received a delivery confirmation. It stated that the package would arrive between 1:54 PM and 2:54 PM, and as expected, nothing arrived. What surprises me is that the delivery driver was in my village for about two hours and was moving around the entire time, but my package never arrived.
Today at 11:15, the delivery van was at my door. Since I was expecting a package that was scheduled for today, I went outside. The delivery driver disappeared into the van, and there was a lot of rumbling for about 10 minutes. It was obvious he was looking for something, and packages were being tossed around. Then he came out, saw me, and asked in broken German: "You're expecting a package." "No package for you. A colleague will come this afternoon and bring the package." And then he was gone! Question: Why was he standing in front of my house if he didn't have a delivery? At 11:28, the tracking status changed from "Out for Delivery" to "Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt"!! What's going on? I had spoken to him just a few minutes earlier, and now they're saying there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. I then called customer support. They said, "Unfortunately, your delivery has been delayed due to force majeure." They couldn't explain why. Maybe the package was damaged! She said she would contact the depot and I could then check back in about 3 hours to see what was going on... She said she didn't have time now because she was leaving at 12. EXTREMELY QUESTIONABLE DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE...
