Qualité supérieure à des prix raisonnables. J'ai commandé des planches de cabane en rondins pour construire un sauna. Le sauna est maintenant utilisé depuis plusieurs mois. Les planches ne se sont pas déformées et s'emboîtent parfaitement. Je n'ai reçu que du bois scié sur rift... Une scierie où l'on obtient toujours de la qualité.

I got great wood for my decking. Excellent advice. At Holzolino, right on the main road, you can even pick up various types of wood 24/7 on a self-service basis. They have everything from crates to firewood and planks. Totally convenient and reasonably priced, too.

I ordered eight cherry wood pallets, which the Lerch sawmill sells as prestige pallets specifically for furniture making. Unfortunately, all the pallets were infested with woodworm. To be able to use the pallets at all, I had to spend an additional 300 Swiss francs to treat them against the woodworm. I informed Mr. Lerch of this. Despite the product being so unusable and damaged for furniture making, the managing director refuses all liability. The managing director's reply email, which I would love to publish, also speaks volumes about the company. The only option offered was to return or send the pallets at my own expense. I would then be reimbursed for the cost of the pallets, but not for the shipping costs. So, I would be left with the loss for a useless product. It should be noted that I live in St. Gallen, and the Lerch sawmill is located in the canton of Fribourg. I am considering taking legal action against the company. It's simply unacceptable to sell such products and not stand behind their supply. The Lerch sawmill continues to sell these pallets online. They should have been removed from their inventory immediately after my report. This also demonstrates the company's poor business practices.
