Yesterday, March 7th, 2026, we were at Grossenbacher in Burgdorf and received excellent advice. The saleswoman took a great deal of time to perfectly fit the Vary support harness and the Vary harness for our dog, even though there were many other customers in the store seeking advice. We will definitely come back and recommend you 100%. Thanks again for the great advice, etc.
I can't complain about the quality of the harnesses/collars at all; in fact, I think they're excellent. However, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. We have two dogs for whom we had harnesses and collars made. When ordering another harness, which was supposed to be identical to one we already have (I even brought the dogs and harnesses with me to avoid any possible misunderstandings), a different model arrived—a different cut, too big, and with a hole in the back. So I went back to explain the situation. Unfortunately, I was only offered a 20% discount (around €20) on another harness. I've raved about "Grossenbacher" so often at dog training classes and in my personal life, and I've always recommended them with a clear conscience. The response/customer service is a huge disappointment. What a shame!
