M. Knöpfel m'a beaucoup soutenu dans la planification de ma cuisine. Son expertise a été extrêmement utile. Les plans que j'ai reçus ont été minutieusement pensés jusque dans les moindres détails. La cuisine a été livrée à temps et soigneusement installée. La crédence en verre a mis plus de temps que prévu en raison de la crise du coronavirus. Je suis très satisfait de la fonctionnalité de la nouvelle cuisine. Merci pour votre excellente coopération ! Le service est parfait même après l'expiration de la garantie ! Nous avons la cuisine de nos rêves – grâce aux conseils avisés de M. Knöpfel ! Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits tout au long du projet. M. Je suis très satisfait du service de cette entreprise. M. Knöpfel m'a donné d'excellents conseils et est très flexible. Après mon appel téléphonique, il est venu immédiatement, a mesuré toute la cuisine et m'a préparé un devis. Il met bien en œuvre les souhaits des clients et comprend ce que veulent les clients.
We recently moved into a new condo and were recommended Baumann AG by one of our neighbors – as a more affordable (but highly recommended nonetheless) alternative to the carpenter who was included as standard in the new construction project. After several very pleasant emails and phone calls, we visited Mr. Knöpfel at his showroom and designed a large built-in wardrobe for our bedroom. Even when my girlfriend came along with very detailed ideas ("I saw it on Pinterest"), Mr. Knöpfel's motto was always: "Nothing is impossible!" And now, a few weeks later, I'm sitting here in front of it and I have to say: It couldn't have gone better! Excellent work, highly recommended, and we would gladly use their services again!
Very unfriendly and poor service and advice. This Mr. Knöpfel is not at all customer-oriented. We had a huge order, but he was very curt and patronizing. It's our own decision where we buy things. I absolutely cannot recommend this store. I'd rather save myself the hassle.
I got a dream kitchen here! Mr. Knöpfel catered to all my wishes, gave me competent advice, and always had time for my concerns and requested changes. I highly recommend him!
