Je suis absolument ravi de Fronius ! Les produits sont de la plus haute qualité et tiennent leurs promesses. Je tiens particulièrement à souligner l'assistance téléphonique : j'ai reçu une assistance extrêmement amicale, patiente et compétente – ce qu'on trouve rarement de nos jours. De plus, les instructions sont rédigées de manière si claire que l'utilisation est un jeu d'enfant. Cinq étoiles en plus de ma part pour ce superbe service !
Finalement, l’examen a lancé le bal. Le service clientèle de Fronius Suisse a répondu de manière exceptionnelle et a soutenu mon installateur comme il aurait dû le faire dès le départ. Il est dommage que tous les installateurs ne suivent pas de formations et ne réalisent pas les installations conformément à la réglementation. Je m'attendais à quelque chose de différent ! Mais Fronius ne peut pas être blâmé pour cela ! Cordialement
After the assessment, Mr. Baumann from Fronius contacted me immediately. He scheduled an on-site appointment and, despite some difficulties, got the app working. Many thanks! The PV contractor recommended and sold me two Fronius inverters. I downloaded the app and tried to install it. Sorry, I don't know when I've seen such a bad app. I tried over 25 times before I finally got in. And lo and behold, an update was immediately displayed, and since then, I can't log in. On top of that, I'm supposed to purchase a premium subscription, even though I bought these two expensive inverters. And all for these few, poorly displayed values. Sorry, but this is embarrassing. I will instruct the contractor to install different inverters, with an app that actually works and is included.
A new Gen 24 inverter failed after four days; okay, that can happen, a Monday model. A company distinguishes itself through proper fault management. This is clearly not Fronius's strong suit. This company takes several weeks to provide a replacement. Research shows that they have 97 Gen 24 units in stock. I feel completely ripped off.
Fronius offers top-quality equipment with easy setup and outstanding service. Those who aren't interested in subsidized, cheap Chinese technology rely on European expertise and quality. I've worked professionally with Fronius equipment for many years and always recommend this manufacturer to my clients. Their Swiss branch provides excellent customer service.
