Mon mari a un besoin urgent d'une chaise de bureau respectueuse du dos et de la colonne lombaire. Il a trouvé ce magasin spécialisé sur Internet. Herr Morger et sa femme étaient très sympathiques, accueillants et serviables. Nous avons rapidement trouvé les chaises adaptées à nos besoins. Nous avons hâte d'essayer notre nouvelle chaise dans notre bureau à domicile. La prochaine fois que nous aurons besoin de changer de bureau, nous reviendrons certainement pour les retrouver. J'ai trouvé le service client généralement très médiocre en Suisse. Paul Morger fait exception à cette règle. Excellents produits, très professionnels, assistance précieuse même après avoir reçu les produits. Je peux fortement recommander.

I ordered an ergonomic office chair from Paul Morger AG and am very satisfied. Upon unpacking, I noticed that one component was slightly damaged. I contacted their support team, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. A replacement was organized and delivered in no time, without any fuss. You can immediately tell that the team is highly competent and knows their stuff. The combination of friendly service, fast, uncomplicated help, and high level of expertise makes all the difference for me. Absolutely recommended!
After experiencing a connection problem with my MFC printer/scanner, which I purchased some time ago, I received quick and competent assistance, and the problem was resolved. It couldn't be better: Fair prices and super friendly, multiple customer interactions with the Morger AG team. I ordered a high-end Giroflex 40 Alu office chair and got it at a great price with free delivery. The chair arrived fully assembled and was brought into my apartment by the delivery driver. Before buying, I had considered ordering the chair from abroad or from a discount store, but it was important to me to be sure I was getting an original chair with good service. At Morger AG, I also got a fair and affordable price. I can recommend Paul Morger AG and gladly give them 5 stars :-)
