Je suis un skieur passionné et j'ai skié partout dans l'Utah, le Colorado, la Californie, le Canada, la France et la Suisse. C'est de loin la meilleure expérience de location de ski que j'ai vécue de ma vie. J'ai envoyé un e-mail à Nina, la personne qui nous a accueillis au magasin, deux jours avant notre arrivée et quand nous sommes arrivés, tout ce dont nous avions besoin était prêt pour nous. Le magasin est skis aux pieds et est situé dans l'une de mes stations de ski préférées. Nina est extrêmement gentille et serviable. Quand ma compagne a oublié ses chaussettes et que mes mitaines n’étaient pas assez chaudes, elle m’a recommandé de grandes marques. Elle nous a également laissé laisser nos bottes normales dans son magasin pendant que nous skiions et nous a offert du chocolat notre dernier jour. Expérience incroyable!

Very, very warm and competent service: they really take the time for you personally! The wide selection of equipment is perfect, and the rental gear is tailored precisely to your needs to ensure a wonderful skiing experience. Individual requests are very well accommodated, and you receive excellent advice all around. We were always greeted with a smile, and we will definitely be back!
We did a half-day because the slopes were almost all closed due to the wind. We arrived at the store at 11:30 a.m., picked up the equipment for half a day, and they wouldn't take the money. They told us you pay when you return the equipment. When we returned the equipment (at 4:00 p.m.), the woman at the store first told us that their half-day starts at 1:00 p.m. 😵💫 (even though it even starts at 12:00 p.m. when you buy a ski pass) and then she said, "Actually, half-day doesn't exist here."... They could have told us that when we arrived, and we would have gone elsewhere. I don't think that's fair. Edit: This isn't about the money, but rather a matter of principle. Furthermore, your responses were unnecessarily rude, and your behavior was in no way professional. This is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over ten years. This is constructive criticism, and sometimes it's good to accept when you're wrong, it can even benefit you.
Time and time again, the best advice and, above all, the BEST ski service (edge sharpening/waxing) I know (for years)! You get a loaner ski while they service it, so nothing gets in the way of your fun on the slopes! Many thanks to the team.
