Leurs truites saumonées sont légendaires tout comme leur « rauchlachsforellenmousse », une recette maison associant fromage frais et truites saumonées fumées pour un résultat exceptionnel. En voiture ou à vélo, cela vaut la peine de s'arrêter à chaque fois que vous passez dans la région.

The best trout ever. Sustainably and fairly farmed in Switzerland. The advice in the shop is professional and knowledgeable. You won't find such fresh fish anywhere else. Lots of great preparation tips are included for free. Definitely worth trying.

Sputnik (Sputniks)

I've been going there for years. It's a fish farm with trout and char from the flowing water of the Sattelberg mountain. Family-run for generations, they focus on quality and repeat customers. I'm one of them!
