Jusqu'à présent, j'ai toujours été satisfait des cartes, mais il y a eu quelques problèmes avec ma dernière commande. Après une erreur graphique que je n'avais pas vue dans l'aperçu, je les ai contactés et leur ai expliqué mon problème. On m'a dit que j'aurais dû le voir avant de commander. J'ai obtenu une réduction de 50 % sur une nouvelle commande, mais comme je ne pense pas que l'erreur soit de moi, je n'en vois pas l'intérêt. Je pense juste que c'est dommage qu'ils n'aient pas remplacé ces cartes gratuitement en signe de bonne volonté envers un client de longue date. Après tout, ils valaient plus de 200 francs suisses.
Problèmes de connexion. Problèmes de commande. Si vous êtes pressé, il est préférable d'utiliser une imprimante locale.
Cela a toujours bien fonctionné, mais depuis peu, les anciennes cartes ne sont conservées que pendant cinq mois maximum. Je voulais utiliser une carte de l'année dernière... Malheureusement, ce n'est plus possible.
Priority shipment — delivery date yesterday — ordered for a party. Still hasn't arrived today. According to Swiss Post, the sender could have upgraded it to express delivery, which would ensure timely arrival. This wasn't done. Instead, the money was refunded. Now we're left without a gift.

Very good, everything worked perfectly (as described) and the tickets arrived within the predicted time. The prices are quite high, so it doesn't get 5 stars.
