Très mauvais service. Le produit en lui-même semble bien, mais le service client était pratiquement inexistant. La première livraison est arrivée en retard et était également incorrecte. Les mauvaises bandes LED ont été livrées. Après plusieurs suivis, un remplacement a été envoyé, mais malheureusement, il s'est encore trompé. Au lieu des 23 mètres commandés, seulement 15 mètres sont arrivés. Nous avons dû attendre encore. Pour ne plus perdre de temps, nous avons même proposé de faire le montage nous-mêmes. Après trois livraisons incorrectes au total, l'entreprise ne nous a proposé aucune compensation, même si une remise nous avait été promise. Très décevant.
Attention, éloignez-vous de cette entreprise !!! Ils affirment que les marchandises retournées ne sont jamais arrivées. En tant que client final, je suis désormais confronté à la perte. Evitez absolument Allegra et Isolicht.ch !!!!
Excellents conseils par téléphone. J'ai immédiatement commandé des composants LED. Et tout a fonctionné tout de suite. Merci.
I ordered three lamps in August and received them after some time. The problem: the lamps had EU plugs. This wasn't mentioned in the description, of course. After some back and forth, they offered me a 50% discount. I accepted and waited for the invoice. Now they're seriously charging CHF 3.50 for an email invoice. This is generated by a system! So I'm not entirely satisfied.
Although everything was delivered correctly, I would not recommend doing business with this company. Customer service regarding the invoice is absolutely nonexistent. Responsibilities are denied, or the customer is referred to third-party companies with no contact details. Customers are not welcome here. I certainly won't order products from this company again.
