La qualité du service du personnel à la réception est inconnue. Ce n'est déjà pas la première fois qu'on me dit une mauvaise heure de rendez-vous, et quand je viens, tout ce que j'entends désolé, mais nous ne pouvons pas vous aider, votre rendez-vous était il y a une heure. Personne n’a essayé d’appeler plus récemment pour me demander pourquoi je ne suis pas encore là. Même si le médecin est bon, vous ne pouvez tout simplement pas le joindre.

Le médecin et la réceptionniste sont plutôt gentils – mais à quoi cela me sert-il ? Chaque fois que j'essaie de prendre rendez-vous, on me dit : "Pas le temps, pourquoi ne vas-tu pas aux urgences de Berne ?" Honnêtement, à quoi ça sert d’avoir un médecin de famille ? Si je dois me faire refouler à chaque fois, autant aller directement aux urgences. Un cabinet de médecin généraliste où l'on ne peut jamais obtenir de rendez-vous est tout simplement inutile.

Je suis patient au Localmed Schliern depuis de nombreuses années. L'accueil et les soins prodigués par les assistantes médicales ont toujours été extrêmement sympathiques et courtois. Les médecins sont également toujours très gentils et prennent parfaitement soin de leurs patients. Je resterai certainement patient et merci pour votre dévouement.

The doctor is great and deserves 5 stars. This review refers to a couple of MPAs, while others are very likeable. For me, the behavior I experienced towards patients is completely unacceptable. I've already had contact with them, and the problem hasn't been resolved, as it's not their fault, but always someone else's. Mistakes aren't admitted. This wasn't the first time; there's been an incident before. Two weeks ago, I picked up my medical file because I have a new primary care doctor. When I looked at the file, it said that for the day of my lab appointment, they should reschedule the appointment from two weeks later and schedule a new one with me. But no one ever mentioned it to me and simply deleted the appointment because the doctor wasn't available that day. When I finally arrived, the trainee just said that it's hardly possible I have an appointment today. "Yeah, of course," they said, because they just deleted it. I never heard an apology, but they were perfectly capable of coming by. That was reason enough for me to leave the practice as a patient and look for a new one. It wasn't the first time I'd been rudely approached, and it wasn't my fault.

A sick patient is turned away despite having free appointments. Rude office assistants. Turned away immediately for being 10 minutes late, even though the reserved time was 30 minutes. Then a new appointment is made three weeks later. This is not appropriate for a doctor's office. Not recommended.

I am very satisfied with the practice near Bern. The staff is very pleasant and always very friendly. You feel welcome, and great importance is placed on the well-being of the patients. The entire team does a fantastic job... I can highly recommend this practice.
