À aucun moment, je n’ai eu l’impression qu’on me vendait des polices d’assurance dont je n’avais pas besoin, bien au contraire. Les prestations d'assurance qui ne m'étaient ni utiles ni nécessaires ont été supprimées. Les ajustements contractuels qui en ont résulté ont été mis en œuvre immédiatement.
