Après 7 jours de retard, mon colis est arrivé endommagé et écrasé. Si vous recherchez une entreprise qui ne se soucie de rien, vous êtes au bon endroit.
« Horrible » est un euphémisme ! Je me demande comment on peut survivre avec des entreprises comme celle-là. Pas une seule livraison n’est arrivée à temps. C’était constamment reporté à un jour aléatoire. Puis, à un moment donné, il a été livré, mais la date n'était même pas garantie et n'a jamais été communiquée. Ensuite, la faute a été imputée au client parce que celui-ci n'était pas chez lui. C'est fascinant ce que pensent certaines entreprises. Ils ne livrent tout simplement pas le jour convenu, mais un autre jour, et ils sont alors surpris que le client ne soit pas là. C'est comme s'ils traitaient cela comme un incident isolé. Cela fait maintenant une semaine que j'attends ma livraison ; il a été reporté à plusieurs reprises et n'arrive jamais aux jours convenus. Et bien sûr, c'est toujours la faute des autres, mais toujours la sienne. J'espère que d'autres entreprises cesseront de travailler avec eux, que cela affectera les employés et que peut-être alors la direction se réveillera enfin.
Vous recherchez une entreprise de transport qui ne donne pas la priorité au service, à la qualité ou au support client ? Alors vous êtes au bon endroit ! Comme d'autres l'ont déjà mentionné, je suis étonné que cette entreprise existe toujours. Cordialement, de la part d'un client plus que frustré.
This is the third scheduled delivery date and still no delivery... Call again, get more fictitious dates. Stayed home for three days, next week will be difficult... Great. It couldn't get much worse.
I am truly disappointed and frustrated. Planzer simply delivered my package to my old address – even though I had updated it in a timely manner, and according to their system, it was correctly processed. The value of the goods was anything but low, and yet it was simply left there without any notification whatsoever. I spent days trying to find out where my package was. No one could give me a straight answer. Only by pure chance did I run into a former neighbor who told me that the package had ended up at my old address. This simply shouldn't happen – especially not with a professional delivery company! The shop where I ordered from even claimed that the package should have been returned, as it was marked as undeliverable. Apparently, no one really knew what had happened. For me, this is not only annoying but also completely unacceptable. I no longer trust this service and will do everything I can to avoid deliveries via Planzer in the future!
Absolutely abysmal, I would never choose this service myself. The package was delivered to a strange address and simply left on a table there, and that was it. I had to walk around in the rain looking for the package. The delivery address details were correct. They have a P.O. box, and it's clearly visible from the outside. The delivery details even specified what kind of business it should be delivered to! An "extremely friendly" lady on the phone said it would take another 1-2 days to correct the incorrect delivery, and that it wouldn't be a problem to just pop over and pick it up. The address where it was supposed to be was also wrong, by the way. The package was somewhere completely different! This isn't my first negative experience with this company. I'm surprised they still have customers! A complete waste of trust and money, in my opinion! I've attached a photo showing how the delivery was left somewhere else. Incidentally, it's a public funding agency that's very busy and could easily have disappeared. No problem for the Planzer team when it comes to important packages!
