Je ne connais pas l'entreprise, mais cette enseigne en dit long sur la qualité et la convivialité de l'entreprise.
Je tiens à féliciter Lars Horst ! Il a fait un travail fantastique pour moi personnellement. J'ai eu une urgence au restaurant et il a répondu immédiatement, mon problème d'électricité a donc été résolu le plus rapidement possible. Des employés comme lui valent leur pesant d’or. J'aurais aimé qu'il soit toujours là.
The billing for the work performed was incorrect. Seven hours were overcharged, but this was corrected after I raised a complaint. However, two hours were charged for a site visit to prepare a quote, which took 30 minutes. I never received a quote; it was forgotten. However, the construction workers did the work very well.
Good work done. However, the bill for 40-45 minutes of work was charged at 3 hours and 15 minutes, costing over €400. After complaining, it was corrected, but the reply was very rude.
A trustworthy company with excellent employees. They billed fairly for the work performed. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Thank you all!
