Après un accident, j'ai reçu un accompagnement très professionnel au Help Point de Seuzach. L’ensemble du processus a été efficace, transparent et simple. M. Rechsteiner m'a apporté une assistance compétente et très amicale tout au long du processus. La communication était claire, la coordination était bien organisée et le paiement était traité rapidement. Le reste de l'équipe sur place était également serviable et orienté service. After an accident, Zurich Insurance handled my claim. I was given a prompt appointment at the helpdesk to bring in my damaged car and received competent advice. The damage estimate and the actual amount paid out weren't exactly the same, but it was still satisfactory. However, I would NOT recommend the partner garage suggested by Zurich Help Point, but rather a certified garage that you already know and that specializes in your car make.
