Pilote de ligne à la retraite qui a acheté Virto P90 et Virto I90. Pas du tout satisfait de Phonak ! Les nouveaux I90 ont été renvoyés pour réparation à deux reprises.
Expérience sympa pour les boyz et gurlz cool. Ensemble, nous pouvons sauver nos jolies oreilles. Les meilleurs soins auditifs n'importe où, s'adaptent à tous les trous d'oreilles humains. Parfois, il semble aussi exigeant qu’un ouragan d’aimer le système auditif, surtout sans circulation muette. Boutique en ligne = Bonne boutique !

The prices are outrageous, the technology is outdated, and Phonak is no longer the best manufacturer. Repair times are far too long and very expensive.
I can only echo what's already been said: the phone service was incredibly unfriendly, they didn't listen, and referred me to a hearing aid specialist. But the specialist couldn't help me; it's a problem the company needs to fix! When I buy devices that cost over €5,000, I expect better quality! And they urgently need to provide staff training... on how to deal with customers who pay them a lot of money!
