Tout simplement wow. Un spa privé si merveilleux et si beau ! C'était vraiment bien pour moi et j'ai pu profiter du temps passé avec ma meilleure amie ! Je reviendrai certainement.

Un superbe endroit pour se détendre en couple. Le prix est bon, vous pouvez facilement réserver en ligne et vous disposez de 3 heures d'intimité. Vous ne manquerez de rien. Vous n'avez même pas besoin d'apporter quoi que ce soit avec vous.

Le spa est charmant, mais nous ne réserverons plus à l'avenir. Nous avons dû annuler à court terme pour cause de maladie. Malheureusement, le propriétaire n'a été ni accommodant ni compréhensif, même si nous y étions déjà allés. Lorsqu’un « problème » survient, on a vraiment une idée du service offert par une entreprise. La politique d'annulation indique clairement un préavis de 48 heures, mais la maladie ne fait pas exception. Holz100 nous a perdu en tant que clients et nous ne pouvons pas les recommander car les gens peuvent tomber malades. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec tous les coûts. Quelle honte!

I booked the Holz100 Spa to give my wife some "child-free" relaxation time for her birthday as part of her surprise day out. And it was simply sensational, and she (we) were absolutely thrilled. This "wellness" apartment lets you forget the stresses of everyday life and recharge your batteries. We thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality wellness products, and the organic Prosecco was also fantastic, offering excellent value for money. We'd love to come back, even though it takes an hour to get there from Zurich, but it's definitely worth it. Top-notch!

The spa is lovely, but the customer service is unfortunately lacking. We won't be booking again! We had booked but couldn't keep our appointment due to illness. The contract states that cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, but unfortunately, we didn't know I was going to be sick 48 hours beforehand. There was absolutely no willingness to accommodate us, no goodwill whatsoever. Even when we called, they reiterated the 48-hour rule. Therefore, we will not be booking this spa again in the future. It's a shame that they don't value their customers. The owner's response: "That's correct, I'm sorry I didn't get sick sooner." As if illness is something you can plan for?! Of course, we declined. What am I supposed to do the next day if I'm sick? They could have at least offered us an appointment when I was healthy again! Kind regards
