We had the company as our management. Unfortunately, our experience with this management was not so good. The proper inspection of the property and the commissioning and monitoring of minor pending work were handled very poorly. After two years of negative experiences, we held an extraordinary meeting and voted out the management, but the management still demanded CHF 2,700 for their attendance!
