Un propriétaire fantastique et vraiment serviable ! J'étais intéressé par un produit qui n'était disponible nulle part dans l'UE à l'époque. Après l'avoir contacté via le numéro WhatsApp indiqué sur le site Internet, M. Blaser a fait tout son possible pour organiser l'expédition compliquée de la Suisse vers l'Allemagne. Ce n'était pas la première boutique en ligne que je contactais, mais tous les autres trouvaient les tracas liés à l'expédition vers l'UE et les formalités douanières trop lourds pour une si petite commande. Il n'est donc pas évident qu'un magasin fasse autant d'efforts pour ses clients. Merci beaucoup!
