La variété des plats est immense et la nourriture est toujours délicieuse, le prix des portions ainsi que celui du buffet du déjeuner en valent vraiment la peine. Le service est vraiment exceptionnel : ils sont toujours super sympas et professionnels, et on sent toujours que les clients sont leur priorité numéro un. Namaste Uetikon est définitivement l'un des endroits où j'aime revenir à chaque fois !
J'y suis allé pour dîner et j'ai malheureusement eu une expérience très décevante. La nourriture était au mieux moyenne et manquait de saveurs indiennes authentiques. Même si l'ambiance en elle-même était agréable, le service a complètement gâché la soirée. La serveuse aux cheveux bouclés était extrêmement grossière, condescendante et peu professionnelle dans son ton. En plus de cela, le personnel se disputait ouvertement entre eux, ce qui rendait l'environnement très inconfortable. Dans l’ensemble, ce n’était pas une expérience culinaire agréable et je n’y retournerai certainement pas.

We have been missing a really great Indian restaurant and our sign of the lake. Namaste really has become the one Indian restaurant that even our Indian friends go to we love the food, the service, the quality of the produce, and literally the entire experience at Namaste.
“Great food, but terrible service. In an empty restaurant, it took 10 minutes just to order a beer. The wrong main course was served, and after finally getting the right one, they still charged for the mistake. Refund process was painfully slow, and instead of owning up to the error, the staff argued. Unacceptable service.”
If you want to eat an authentic and delicious Indian food, this is your restaurant. The food is really tasty from starters to main courses, continuing until desserts. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The food is on time and the atmosphere of the restaurant is warming.
