Un pays des merveilles hivernal avec une hospitalité exceptionnelle ! ❄️ Le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et vraiment serviable tout au long de notre visite. Nous sommes arrivés en hiver, alors que la montagne était magnifiquement recouverte de neige, un cadre vraiment pittoresque qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus spéciale. 🏔️ Les plats proposés étaient délicieux et authentiques. Nous avons dégusté une Gerstensuppe (soupe à l'orge) réchauffante, un cervelat savoureux et un bretzel frais 🥨, des aliments réconfortants parfaits pour une journée froide. En hiver, la montagne s'anime avec plusieurs charmants stands de restauration proposant des crêpes, de la raclette et du café chaud, créant une atmosphère alpine chaleureuse à laquelle il est difficile de résister. Que vous recherchiez une vue sur la montagne, une cuisine suisse traditionnelle ou simplement une expérience hivernale mémorable, cet endroit est à la hauteur sur tous les fronts. Beau restaurant comme vous pouvez le voir sur mes photos. La nourriture était incroyable, le service excellent et je ne pourrais pas en recommander davantage. Des vues spectaculaires sur Zurich aussi. L'ambiance était autre chose. Je reviendrai certainement !

Nous avons organisé une merveilleuse soirée de réveillon du Nouvel An à Uto Kulm. Marcher dans la neige depuis la gare jusqu'à l'hôtel, avec les décorations festives à l'extérieur, était magique. La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse ! Nous avons commencé avec un magret de canard fumé à l'orange, au fenouil et aux figues, suivi d'une soupe coco-citronnelle à l'ananas. Pour le plat principal, nous avons eu un filet de bœuf rôti au four avec jus de cèpes, légumes racines rôtis et polenta aux graines de pavot. En dessert, nous avons dégusté une « variation de châtaignes au chocolat et au gingembre ». Regarder les feux d'artifice de Zurich depuis les toits de la ville était un enchantement. Danser avec le groupe live jusqu'à 3 heures du matin était agréable et amusant.

Amazing views from the outdoor seating area. Dinner was nice as well. We did the chicken and risotto and the desert was simple but good. Nice beer and wine selection. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for the views and the atmosphere. Note that you need to take public transportation up and then walk about 8 minutes to the restaurant.

One of the worst breakfast experiences ever. I took my guest to UTO KULM for a breakfast with a view. They said breakfast is served between 7 am and 11 am. We arrived at 9 am. There was a cleaning staff member washing the windows with pressured water and a loud machine. We wanted to sit somewhere with a view, so we preferred to sit outside. The lady there told us we could sit at the very back so it would be better during the cleaning. I asked if we could go upstairs to the terrace restaurant, and the answer was no, which is okay. However, their website also indicates that breakfast there is served between 7 am and 11 am. We then sat outside at the very back, but unfortunately the high-pressure water used for cleaning the windows disturbed us and even splashed a bit onto our breakfasts. It was not the worker’s fault for doing his job, but why were we not informed about maintenance, even though we had a reservation and had called beforehand? We then asked if we could move further, and the lady told us we would need to go to the kiosk because it is their area, and that we could go there if the buffet was expensive (which I found a bit weird) I was extremely embarrassed because I had taken my guest there for a nice experience. After 10:30 am, everything was fine. But we had already finished our breakfast. Additionally, when you go there in the morning, going back to town immediately is not really possible. Waking up earlier and making the trip there was unfortunately not worth it in the end.

Service was really fantastic and outstanding. Wine was delicious and the view spectacular. We ate there for work and it was fantastic! Will be back!
