Un endroit si agréable où séjourner à Interlaken. À distance de marche de la gare d'Interlaken OST et d'Interlaken ouest. Belle vue depuis le balcon de l'hôtel⛰️ Le personnel était très adorable et serviable et en plus de cela, la chambre était propre et la cuisine bien équipée. Je réserverai certainement à nouveau avec eux lorsque je reviendrai à Interlaken à l'avenir
J'adore tout ! Très high-tech et moderne, extrêmement propre depuis notre arrivée. Le rez-de-chaussée avec le mini-réfrigérateur était plutôt sympa et nous y avons acheté des choses. Nous avons séjourné dans un Pure Studio et nous n'avons pas été déçus. C'était comme un petit appartement de luxe ! Oui, c'est cher, mais cela vaut vraiment chaque centime. Nous étions trois à voyager ensemble. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et charmante. Nous avons eu une petite cuisine, un canapé-lit et deux autres lits, une belle table basse/salle à manger et une télévision. La salle de bain était également très belle, et il y avait aussi une laverie au sous-sol, ce qui était bien, et il y avait aussi des chaises confortables pour attendre que vos vêtements soient lavés/séchés. Cela peut être un peu déroutant lors de votre première arrivée, car vous devez ouvrir les portes et l'ascenseur avec votre téléphone, mais c'est assez simple à utiliser et à comprendre. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons adoré cet endroit ! Je le recommanderais certainement. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir ici un jour ! :)
Nous avons eu une expérience merveilleuse au HOP Apartments. L'espace est joliment meublé, d'une modernité impressionnante et présente une esthétique très chic. Belles vues sur la rivière et les montagnes depuis le balcon. Le foyer est un atout majeur, proposant des activités qui le rendent parfait pour les familles avec enfants. Notre processus d'enregistrement et de départ s'est déroulé de manière totalement transparente et Alex a été incroyablement utile. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété à tous ceux qui visitent la région. Un petit conseil : réservez tôt avant que les prix n'augmentent : c'est vraiment un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
We LOVED our stay here! Staff: The communication was amazing throughout the whole stay and before hand! I had actually asked if there were any companies who hire out Christmas trees to put in the room and they didn’t know of any. A week before our stay they had come back to me and said they’d be thinking of my request and would try to get trees put in each apartment. The day before my arrival they had told me that they were able to get a tree fully decorated and have put it in the room for us. This honestly made our stay! Every 3 days you get a feel change, my daughter accumulated a lot of stuffed toys during our trip, one day we came back to our room and the staff had created a little scene with her teddies on her bed. She was so excited to see this. Rooms: We stayed in 130 studio. It was a great size and everything had been thought of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The main bedroom was huge with space to unpack your clothes and store your luggage. I liked that you could stream your phone to the tv, we were able to watch Christmas movie on Xmas eve. There was also access to two balcony’s. There is also access to a communal laundry, games room, workspace/chill out area, coffee area and smart fridges to purchase things you might need during your stay. Location: The location was picturesque and right on the lake. It is within walking distance to the Main Street (maybe 5 mins) and to the Interlaken west station (7mins). On the same side of the river there’s a cafe that opens early and has great food and coffee (about 2 mins walk) The only things we didn’t like was the bed was really hard so we didn’t have the best sleep and noise travels. We could hear other people staying in the apartments talking, arguing, vomiting.
It is a dream place to accommodate in Interlaken. The sun rises on one side and sets on the other, with a view of the river and mountains just in front of you. Very clean, very well thoght, very technological and very well decorated place. If you are with kids options with multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms are available which was great for our stay. It is very close to the center but also separated from chaos by the river. Only negative is railway is passing close by and you can hear train sound from time to time, but that is the case for whole Interlaken I believe, surprisingly trains are passing from the city center. In total I would highly recommend this place to everyone and I would love to come and stay back! Hop will always be in our memories.
I have not been this comfortable in stay as this. First, the size of the apartment, we booked 260 and it was spacious. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is complimentary tea bag and coffee capsules. The view is stunning Location is close to the center The parking is easy to reach and wide When we left we were gifted a bag of dried apples which was highly thoughtful I think this place deserves 5/5 and I recommended all my friends to stay here when in interlaken. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.
