Service de déménagement et de nettoyage exceptionnel. Mon déménagement s'est parfaitement déroulé. L'équipe a été très coopérative et serviable avant, pendant et après le déménagement. L'équipe m'a fourni des cartons de déménagement gratuits pour l'emballage, et tous les meubles ont été déplacés sans aucun dommage. Le service de nettoyage était également minutieux et professionnel, ils offrent une garantie de remise et l'ancien propriétaire était très satisfait du résultat.

J'ai eu une expérience formidable en déménageant avec Fachmann Umzug. Ils étaient très professionnels et ont tout géré sans aucun problème. Il n'y a eu aucune surprise ni dans les coûts ni dans le service fourni. Ce que j’ai particulièrement aimé chez eux par rapport aux autres entreprises qui m’ont fait une offre, c’est qu’ils nous ont simplifié les choses. Ils ont tout pris, démonté les gros meubles en un rien de temps et avec beaucoup de soin. Nous n’avions à nous soucier de rien. Le ménage a également été merveilleusement fait. Notre propriétaire a été très impressionné et nous n'avons donc eu aucun problème avec l'ancien appartement. Tous ceux avec qui nous avons interagi étaient très agréables et professionnels. Je ne peux que recommander cette entreprise !

Excellent and professional service from the first contact we made to the last of the moving process! We used them for moving and cleaning and everything was perfect. The movers were efficient and skilled - nothing has broken, they carefully wrapped up loose pieces, dissembled and re-assembled furniture very quickly. The cleaners did a good job too and they were present at the old apartment handover to fix anything that was potentially not clean enough. I also must say that the way the 'sales' guy acted during first meeting for viewing the apartment stood out from the other moving companies - he was very professional, explained all in detail and very responsive to all follow up questions during the process. I would used them again.
