Hier, nous avons acheté un nouvel adaptateur téléphonique. Nous avons découvert que nous nous étions trompés. Aujourd'hui, nous n'avons eu aucun problème à l'échanger contre le bon. Le personnel était très serviable.
Je suis allé ici pour commander un nouvel iPhone et ils m'ont dit qu'il était en rupture de stock, ce qui n'est pas grave, mais ce qui n'est pas bien, c'est qu'ils m'ont dit que je pourrai l'obtenir dans 2-3 semaines, alors j'ai accepté, cela fait peut-être 5-6 semaines et j'attends toujours le téléphone, mais s'ils disent le temps d'attente réel, peut-être que les gens n'accepteront pas d'attendre autant. 3 semaines, ce qui en fait un mensonge. Tout le reste allait bien, mais arrêtez de dire aux gens de fausses informations, peut-être que quelqu'un attend que son produit fasse ses affaires et ne peut pas le faire.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We were repeatedly given incorrect or incomplete information, which resulted in significant additional costs. When we signed the contract, we were assured that a mobile phone could be purchased later – but then we were suddenly told that this was no longer possible. Furthermore, we were promised that there would be no activation fee, but this was nevertheless charged at CHF 200. We were also given incorrect advice regarding the family subscriptions: We were told that family members only pay half the subscription price, without mentioning that an invitation via the Swisscom app is absolutely necessary. This would have meant that instead of CHF 40, we would have had to pay CHF 80. To clarify these discrepancies, we went back to the store. However, the responsible advisor was not there, and we were promised a callback. We have now been waiting for this callback for two weeks. Overall, there were several serious instances of misinformation with financial consequences. I expect transparency, reliability, and accurate information from a professional advisor – unfortunately, this was not the case here.
