Gestion des réclamations épouvantable !!! Être pris au sérieux doit être traité différemment... M. Schneider a ri de mon explication, ce qui est absolument inacceptable. Malheureusement, nous possédons désormais un appareil Rotor chez nous et sommes donc liés à l'entreprise – quel dommage.
Excellent service, ordered a machine part and it arrived within 2 days, fantastic!
The only disadvantage for Lips: the machines have a very long lifespan. You can still see 40-50 year old appliances in catering kitchens today.
