Très bonne prestation. Les ouvriers sont super sympas et expliquent bien les choses. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il faut porter le bateau pendant 5 à 10 minutes jusqu'à la rivière. Vous descendez à Eichholz et rendez le bateau dans un conteneur jaune.

Une expérience merveilleuse et unique en Suisse à travers une merveilleuse entreprise. Les gars nous ont aidé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 9 ans, et nous ont même proposé un bateau plus grand et un chariot pour le descendre gratuitement à la rivière. Ils ont fait un effort supplémentaire dans tous les sens et l'expérience en valait la peine. Nous y sommes allés sans guide, même si c'était notre première fois - ce qui, si vous allez bien et êtes capable d'écouter les instructions, était facile à naviguer.

Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, serviable et compétent. Le matériel était de grande qualité. Je les recommande vivement pour cette expérience ! ps l'intérieur du bateau a un peu d'eau, il faut donc vraiment profiter des sacs étanches ; tout ce qui n'est pas mauvais deviendra très mouillé. Et si vous amenez votre chien, vous feriez mieux de l'accepter assis sur vos genoux tout le temps 😂

The river is great. We had a great time there, but I kind of expected to be taken back to where we started from, after we got out of the river. In stead we were told to use public transport back. Luckily, I set off on my own, to pick up the car, and left the family behind at the river. It took me more than an hour to get back to where they were. If I would have brought the kids on that epic trek, back to the car, we would have had problems. After four hours on the river, no way they could have made a long trek, in the heat, with all the gear. The boat was fine but, in my opinion, that only half the service. I would choose another operator next time.

Fantastic company to rent from. Took a big boat down the river, much lighter to carry than it looks. Staff explained how it all works really easily and met us in Eichholz where we returned the boat to them. Afterwards they explained to us how to get back to Bern from there.

We had an amazing day out on the river! The boat was in excellent condition, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The booking process was smooth, and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing day trip!
