Termeh et Ruth ont été super gentils, serviables et ont compris nos besoins, ce qui leur a permis de faire des propositions et de nous conseiller sur le meilleur canapé pour notre salon.
Personnel très sympathique et superbe design mais c'est là que ça se termine. Les retards de livraison et les estimations sont une blague (et c'est un euphémisme). Le canapé est arrivé en retard avec des coussins de mauvaise taille, 1 semaine après le début de ma plainte et toujours aucune explication du magasin du Danemark ou de Zürich. Le processus de communication présente de sérieux problèmes de panne, je ne sais pas si cela vient du siège social/de la production au Danemark. Après 20 ans de nombreuses expériences positives chez BO Concept à Londres, l'opération de Zurich est pour le moins un énorme échec. Mieux vaut éviter....
We ordered a couch, a mirror and a couch table 6 months ago. They were supposed to be delivered 4 months ago. We are now asking for our money back because BoConcept not only failed to deliver the goods, but they also pretend to not know what step of the manufacturing process the furniture is in and when they would be able to deliver it. They keep telling us that the furniture is about to come every two weeks, but then nothing happens. This whole thing feels like a scam, and I recommend anyone considering their furniture to better go to Pfister, Interio, Micasa, or really any other shop instead. The people in the shop are extremely nice and try to be helpful, unfortunately they work for a dishonest, incompetent company. I can not testify about the quality of goods, as we never received them. The price is unacceptably high for the service they offer.
We ordered two lamps and two paintings in March and we were told that delivery day would be until end of June. It is now September and still nothing has been delivered. With over 2 months over the delivery date we want to cancel the order and request a refund of the CHF 1'000 down payment. This was their answer: "Dear Mr. and Mrs Rebelo Thanks for your call from Monday and sorry again for the delay of your order. Like discussed on the phone I tried to cancel the order in Denmark and this was not possible. I checked this also with the CEO and sorry to say it but this is not possible, we can't cancel the order. We do everything that is possible to get the order a soon as possible. We come back to you with a update until middle of next week, I hope this is fine for you. Sorry for all the inconvenience. Thank you and best regards" Actually they didn't come back with an update In essence, they can hold your down payment indefinitely without delivering. PS: I should add that I have been a BoConcept costumer in Lisbon and Munich for the past 10 years and never had any negative experience. The Zürich store however is a completely different matter. Going forward I will be ordering BoConcept from Germany (better service for a better price)
Original delivery time estimate was between 8-10 weeks, but actually took 20 weeks. No one will proactively care about informing you about the slip in delivery time, so you'll have to chase them around over and over again. They won't know when the furniture is actually going to arrive, preferring to throw around random guestimates here and there and then washing their hands off the subject. They're just a sales front-office and don't seem to have any actual control over the arrival of shipments although that in no way excuses their hideous customer service. Delivery boys left scratches all over the floor.
