They said if they had to order it again, I would have to pay the shipping costs. Prices are almost twice as high as in a physical store. Avoid if possible.

I'd recommend the Bosch GLM40 or Leica instead.

A specialist shop for tradespeople – primarily frequented by professionals who can also shop there VAT-free and issue their own invoices. You can find – or have someone find – practically anything, even the most unusual screw lengths or nut sizes. Not the cheapest, but certainly one of the best shops for tradespeople!
