Nous avons cet ascenseur Diethelm dans notre nouvel immeuble depuis fin 2024, et franchement, c'est une honte. En près d’un an d’exploitation, l’ascenseur a rencontré des problèmes à plusieurs reprises, parfois pendant de longues périodes. Même si les dysfonctionnements sont désormais moins fréquents, la situation est encore loin d'être satisfaisante. Ce qui reste complètement déroutant, c'est la vitesse. Cet ascenseur est de loin le plus lent que j'ai jamais utilisé. Pour un bâtiment neuf, cela semble complètement démodé. Chaque voyage semble prendre une éternité, même pour quelques étages seulement. Il est extrêmement peu pratique pour un usage quotidien et ne semble ni moderne ni contemporain.

An outrageous company that left me stuck in the elevator for an hour after I called for help. This is a long-standing problem where the elevator sinks down and doesn't reach the correct position, and it's been going on for two years. Unfortunately, this company is characterized by incompetence, unreliability, and poor quality, and they seem unwilling to take the issue seriously and unable to find a proper solution. There are children and babies in the building! How negligent can you be when it comes to maintaining an elevator like this? Absolutely pathetic!

I live in a seven-unit building with a Diethelm elevator (for about 16 years). The elevator breaks down regularly. Although service work is billed, this leaves much to be desired, as necessary cleaning of sensors, etc., is not carried out. Our apartment building incurs high elevator costs, and we are very dissatisfied. Three weeks after the service, the elevator is not working again, and error messages are not being followed up. A second company we called in investigated the problem, but no cleaning work was carried out. I cannot recommend this elevator company to anyone.

Such a message (see image) can remain displayed for several weeks on a Diethelm elevator! And this in a relatively new, wheelchair-accessible building. Regular maintenance by the same company has failed to either fix or detect the problems (which have clearly existed since the elevator was installed). I am very disappointed. Based on the company's responses to previous comments, I would like to clarify that this concerns the elevator at Theaterstrasse 27c in Winterthur. They do not appear to feel even the slightest responsibility for the resulting extended outage. Update: August 26, 2025: Thank you to Diethelm Elevators AG for following up and taking the matter seriously. According to feedback from tenants, there have indeed been no further incidents in recent months, and the elevator has been operating without problems. Hopefully, problems will be identified early in the future, normal wear parts will be proactively replaced, and functionality will be ensured through regular maintenance. I would be very pleased if Diethelm Aufzüge AG felt responsible again for the functioning of its products.
