I am extremely disappointed with how my issue was handled. Instead of addressing my specific situation, I was simply told the terms and conditions without my concerns being taken seriously. I was not informed that the course would now only be used for rehearsals for the performance, even though this would have been very important to me. I only received this information from another participant, which greatly upset me. After learning this, I stopped sending my children to the course, as I was unwilling to let them participate in rehearsals for a performance they couldn't possibly be in. I wanted to cancel the remaining course dates, as they were no longer of any use to us at that point and were only making the children sad. Despite this, I received no solution, which I consider unfair and not very customer-friendly, and I still had to pay for the course. I expect transparent communication and more understanding for individual situations. In retrospect, I'm glad—the level of supervision I expect as a parent when allowing my children to participate in a performance was not provided. What's truly questionable is that these are children aged 4-6 years old who are expected to wait unsupervised and unattended backstage after their performance until the show's intermission. I wouldn't let my children participate under these conditions, and based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this dance school.
Fantastic dance school with incredibly dedicated and professional teachers! The classes are really fun and you feel welcome from the very beginning. Highly recommended!
