Ils sont arrivés avec près d'une demi-heure de retard le jour du déménagement... ...les déménageurs n'ont pas fait un travail soigné, plusieurs meubles ont été rayés et un canapé en cuir était tellement entassé dans l'ascenseur qu'il a été endommagé... ...ils n'ont pas non plus travaillé efficacement ou systématiquement... ...pas recommandé !

We originally planned to manage the move ourselves. But then we were overwhelmed by the workload and ran out of time. One call to MY Umzüge and a few days later the owner himself was here to assess the situation. Within half an hour, everything was scanned and a short-notice appointment was arranged. Moving day went perfectly. Plenty of staff, professional and very friendly. By early afternoon, everything was completed to our complete satisfaction. It was the best thing that could have happened to us. We would definitely use MY Umzüge again. Thank you so much!
