Pendant mon semestre d'échange en Suisse, j'ai séjourné dans cet appart'hôtel meublé et pourtant très moderne à Winterthour. L'appartement est spacieux et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin… Durant mon séjour de six mois, je n'ai jamais rencontré de problème. Le gérant est très gentil et toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions. Ce qui le rend encore plus attrayant est le fait que tout près se trouve la meilleure pizzeria de la ville. Vous en avez pour votre argent, le loyer mensuel est donc pleinement justifié ! Fortement recommandable pour les séjours de courte et longue durée…

Nous n'avons que des compliments pour notre séjour chez Vivo35. Cet appartement a été notre maison pendant près de huit mois et il a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Les propriétaires, M. Veseli et M. Reichlin, ont été incroyablement attentifs et ont rapidement résolu tous les problèmes survenus, rendant ainsi notre séjour sans souci. L'une des caractéristiques les plus remarquables était la commodité d'avoir tout à disposition, des couverts à la planche à repasser. L'appartement est propre, moderne et équipé de tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin, toutes factures incluses. Cela a vraiment rendu notre transition fluide et confortable. Nous recommandons fortement Vivo35 à tous ceux qui recherchent un espace de vie sans tracas et entièrement équipé avec des propriétaires exceptionnels. Merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable!

vivo 35 est sur mon radar depuis des années. Animés de la même énergie que McDonald’s, ils étaient les seuls à disposer d’une salle dans le bâtiment et non à l’extérieur. Une fois à l’intérieur, la pièce était pleine de vieillards qui étaient là depuis des années. Ils vivaient ensemble depuis leur premier séjour dans cette ville. J'ai joué au basket avec eux dans la salle commune, puis je me suis rapidement fatigué et je me suis couché au milieu de leurs pieds moites. Séjour fantastique dans la région, parmi les meilleurs de Winti !

For three years, I lived as a very satisfied tenant in this truly well-designed and excellently equipped furnished apartment. It's modern, has many clever details (adjustable lighting, swivel TV, exterior blinds, Bluetooth ceiling speakers), a standard basement storage unit, elevator access, and basic household amenities. The landlords are exceptionally nice, always quick to respond to minor (perfectly normal) technical issues, always very professional, and incredibly friendly. Vivo35 Boardinghouse was my "home away from home," and I had a fantastic time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Vivo35 to anyone looking for comfortable, centrally located, and simply pleasant and convenient accommodation for the foreseeable future. Many thanks to the consistently exemplary landlords! P.S. And the security deposit, which one reviewer complained about, was absolutely no problem—it was back in my bank account the day after I checked out, and without even the negative interest rates that are so common these days for cash deposits :-)

+ Central location + Spacious, modern kitchen + Plenty of storage space + Basement storage unit + Bicycle parking in front of the building ~ Fast internet via LAN, but unsecured Wi-Fi with high latency - Want to keep the security deposit in a private account (not legal, see Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 257e). When asked, the alternative is to open a security deposit account oneself, which involves the administrative effort. - Several people possess master keys (passports) with access to the apartment without even informing the tenant. The landlord reacted aggressively when asked if a passport existed (statement: "We own this building! Of course we have a passport!"). The Swiss Homeowners Association (HEV) stated (quote): "The landlord may only keep a key or passport if the tenant expressly agrees. Anyone who enters a rental property without the tenant's consent is trespassing." - Very poor sound insulation from the stairwell/courtyard. Especially troublesome on weekends, and sometimes during the week too, when drunk people shout and yell at night, waking you up. - Generally unpleasant contact with a very unfriendly landlord who is clearly only after a quick buck. - They demand an "administrative fee" of CHF 150 for rentals of less than 3 months, instead of agreeing on a minimum rental period as is usual. - High rent for little space. - Decent kitchen utensils are lacking (kitchen knives, colander, bowls, etc.). - Located on a very busy street with lots of noisy, showy cars.

I applied for a room on St. Gallerstrasse. The application process was very easy and efficient. The people I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Vivo35 AG.
