Après avoir vu les avis 5 étoiles sur Google, j'ai décidé de l'essayer. Très déçu. J'ai envoyé une demande au soi-disant directeur général qui n'a même pas pris la peine de répondre après avoir lu mon message.
Nous travaillons avec ImmoTra GmbH depuis un certain temps déjà et apprécions grandement cette collaboration. We were interested in the apartment you advertised and initially had good contact with you. At first, you were very proactive, responded quickly to our emails, and gave us the impression that we were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, this changed as soon as the apartment was sold. We were not informed of this. A brief message would have been sufficient to clarify things. The sudden cessation of all communication appears unprofessional and disappointing.
ImmoTra provided us with competent, empathetic, and attentive support throughout the sales process – all at a very good price-performance ratio.
