Hier, je me suis rendu sans préparation à un atelier sur le thème "Comprendre vos clients" organisé et tenu au Startzentrum. J'avais vu le nom de l'entreprise plusieurs fois, mais (à cause de son nom générique ?) je n'avais jamais pris la peine d'approfondir son offre. L’événement était convaincant. Non pas parce que certains concepts avant-gardistes étaient partagés, mais parce que chacun devait développer le profil de son propre client potentiel - ce que j'ai entrepris à plusieurs reprises ces dernières années (pour d'autres start-up), mais parce que d'autres tâches semblaient plus importantes à l'époque, je n'avais jamais consacré autant de temps sur un seul profil que lors de l'atelier. Le processus m’aidera certainement à créer un meilleur produit.
