J'ai suivi une thérapie par l'art avec Xochitl et, dès le début, je me suis sentie très à l'aise et comprise. J'ai été à plusieurs reprises étonné de voir à quel point les séances étaient profondes pour moi, car j'avais tellement appris sur moi-même et sur mes racines. Ce n’était pas vraiment mon intention de me replonger dans mon enfance ; Je l'avais toujours réprimé, mais je me demandais sans cesse pourquoi je réagissais parfois ainsi face à certaines situations. Maintenant, beaucoup de choses sont devenues plus claires pour moi et je peux y travailler. Avec Xochitl, j'ai trouvé une issue à ces situations. Ensemble, nous avons développé des objectifs pour moi-même sur lesquels je peux désormais travailler jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient intériorisés. Je peux recommander l'art-thérapie avec Xochitl à toute personne curieuse d'en apprendre davantage sur elle-même. Merci beaucoup, cher Xochitl, pour votre soutien encourageant.
J'ai eu une séance de technique d'équilibrage EMF avec Xochitl et ce fut une expérience merveilleuse. Sa séance était apaisante, énergisante, équilibrante et responsabilisante. Xochitl est une thérapeute exceptionnellement sensible, talentueuse et aimante, profondément liée à son travail. Au cours de la séance, j'ai senti mon propre réseau énergétique se revitaliser et j'ai eu accès à des connaissances plus approfondies. Les séances ont sensiblement soutenu mon développement personnel et spirituel. Cette expérience m’a renforcé et renouvelé. Merci beaucoup pour cette séance enrichissante !
I can highly recommend coaching with Xochtil! She has the gift of quickly grasping a situation and supporting you in your process with targeted questions. With great empathy and confidence, she guided me through the coaching process and enabled me to see the potential within myself and the situation. I am very grateful to her for that!
At first, I couldn't imagine what this term meant at all. This therapeutic approach uses shapes and colors to address our unconscious level. This makes it possible to connect with one's own subconscious. Since I enjoy trying new things, I was immediately on board. In the first session, my goals and concerns, whether physical or emotional, were defined. Then we entered into a color and drawing dialogue. Equipped with a sheet of paper and colored chalk, we took turns drawing colored shapes… In this way, several dialogue sheets were created. My initial skepticism quickly vanished. During the dialogue, I realized that this process touched me, even moved me. Suddenly, I knew which color was the right one, which shape I would respond with. Feelings surfaced suddenly, and my mind could hardly grasp the situation. What was exciting and interesting was that Xochitl was able to derive very precise conclusions and explanations from these "childlike" paintings. Xochitl can draw on a wide variety of methods within this form of therapy. Yes, it's as if she pulls the appropriate tool from her toolbox, depending on what the situation requires. The sessions were always very well prepared by Xochitl. Her presence during the therapy was clearly noticeable. Approaching my goals and concerns in this way, almost playfully, was a very exciting journey to myself. Understanding connections, developing new perspectives and solutions, adopting new perspectives and finding solutions was and is a very good form of therapy for me. I will certainly use this Color Dialogue & Painting Therapy (RoM) again in the future.
The integral coaching with Xoshitl was incredibly empowering on all levels and provided me with tremendous support throughout my process. I am very grateful to her for that. I can only recommend that everyone experience it for themselves.
