Il miglior negozio di macchine da caffè. Il signor Gloor è appassionato di macchine da caffè. Li ripara quando altri li hanno già buttati via. Ha un magazzino nel negozio e nel seminterrato. La sua competenza è enorme. Puoi anche noleggiare da lui macchine da caffè per eventi.
Oggi ho portato la mia DeLonghi Specialista a Gloor Elektroservice dopo che un altro centro assistenza aveva classificato la riparazione come "impossibile, non finanziariamente sostenibile". Il signor Gloor ha interrotto spontaneamente il suo lavoro e ha riparato la macchina con pochi semplici passaggi e con le parti giuste. Funziona di nuovo perfettamente e ad un prezzo estremamente ragionevole. Posso solo consigliare questo negozio. Grazie, è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole!
Many thanks for the professional repair of my ECM Synchronika coffee machine. From the very first contact, I received expert and friendly advice. Mr. Gloor explained the repair process and the subsequent testing of the coffee machine in detail. The complex repair itself was carried out quickly and professionally, and the machine is now working perfectly again. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Gloor as a competent expert.
Mr. Gloor took care of my small DeLonghi Dedica Arte coffee machine and successfully resolved my issue. This was made possible because Mr. Gloor, first and foremost, doesn't assume that something is impossible, but rather that nothing is! With this attitude, he accomplishes things in his workshop with patience, craftsmanship, and his vast wealth of experience that border on small miracles, like the one with my little DeLonghi.
I brought my coffee machine (portafilter machine) in for service and was completely satisfied. After the initial service, a few minor issues arose that weren't related to the original repair. These were resolved without any complications. I particularly appreciated the detailed explanations they gave me on-site, including useful tips on how to use and care for the machine. I even received a replacement machine during the repair, which made the service even more pleasant. Although I didn't purchase my machine there, I received excellent service. If I ever need a new coffee machine in the future, I will definitely buy it there. Highly recommended! Thank you so much :)
