Non sono sicuro del motivo per cui questa azienda abbia così tanta negatività. In qualità di acquirente dal Regno Unito, ho trovato Fsa amichevole con pronta attenzione a tutti i dettagli che erano necessari per essere risolti. Grazie FSA.
Quando il mio compressore si è rotto, ho contattato l'azienda. Il meccanico mi ha detto che vendono solo unità complete e che non erano disponibili pezzi di ricambio per il mio compressore specifico. Mi hanno consigliato di comprare un nuovo apparecchio per 900 CHF, o meglio ancora un compressore completamente nuovo, perché non valeva la pena ripararlo. Quando ho chiesto informazioni sui pezzi di ricambio mi è stato detto, e cito: "È impossibile trovare pezzi di ricambio per questo compressore, nemmeno dal produttore" e che i modelli più recenti hanno un design interno diverso e che per quelli più vecchi non viene più prodotto nulla. Ho contattato il produttore del compressore, che mi ha assicurato che avrebbero potuto inviarmi facilmente i pezzi. Tuttavia, dopo aver fatto qualche ricerca, ho trovato innumerevoli kit di ricambi per 300 CHF specifici per il mio problema. E le unità più nuove hanno gli stessi componenti interni di quelle vecchie, il che è una totale assurdità. Questo è palesemente poco professionale e non mostra assolutamente alcun servizio clienti. L'azienda avrebbe potuto ordinare i pezzi ma era semplicemente troppo pigra perché non guadagnava abbastanza e avrebbe preferito vendermi un nuovo compressore per 2500 CHF. E questo nonostante siano partner di Gis Compressors e avrebbero dovuto fornirmi i pezzi. Gli stessi Gis non riuscivano a crederci e per fortuna mi hanno supportato dall'Italia. Grazie per niente.

Mia moglie ha chiesto gentilmente al telefono informazioni su una macchina in vendita, in quanto l'annuncio non conteneva alcun dettaglio sugli accessori. Il manager ha risposto in modo estremamente scortese, condiscendente e del tutto inappropriato. È stata descritta come incapace e persino criticata per aver chiesto informazioni sul prezzo, anche se questo è abbastanza comune nelle vendite dell'usato. Un trattamento così irrispettoso nei confronti dei potenziali acquirenti è del tutto poco professionale. Pertanto non possiamo raccomandare il venditore. Non gli darei nemmeno una stella, ma sfortunatamente non è possibile.
It's simply frustrating dealing with a company like this. At the point of sale, everything is perfect; the machines work like new, even if they're supposedly used. When the new drill press arrived, the cooling system didn't work. Despite an immediate complaint, it's still not repaired, four months later. The circular saw with the quick-release chuck was pictured in the sales ad. When it was delivered, there was no one there. I had no luck getting it fixed. The salesperson no longer answers the phone. When I call the workshop, they snap at me. They tell me why I'm calling about it, that it's not their problem. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews before buying. Simply awful! 🤮🤮🤮
WARNING! Poorly assembled new machines! Six months ago, I bought a new, pre-assembled bench drill press from FSA. It had several defects: - The belts weren't tensioned. - Almost all the screws weren't properly tightened. The same was true for other products I purchased. - The cooling system was so bad that coolant leaked from various places. I had to replace the hoses and clamps first. - The CVT transmission was assembled without grease or oil!!! So after six months, despite regular use and a heated/dry workshop, everything was rusted solid!!!! - When you call the company about a problem, they say you'll get a call back shortly. But that never happens. (This happened twice!) - The machine doesn't run smoothly (I still don't know what the problem is). - The clamping screws for the drill table don't really fit the table; they're clearly too small.
I called to inquire whether they had any used pallet trucks. I called again shortly before departure, as agreed. We arrived with a chauffeur and trailer... after a 15-minute search, I realized they didn't have any in stock. Why would anyone do that?!
