Un ottimo caseificio. Chiedi a chiunque in giro. Questa recensione è inutile per chiunque sia nella zona perché lo sa. Per i turisti o per i nuovi arrivati: qui si trovano i migliori yogurt, quark, latte, burro e ovviamente formaggio. Hanno i loro mix di fondute. Durante le stagioni più fredde hanno un distributore automatico all'esterno con formaggio raclette e fonduta in modo da non perdere mai nulla oltre le aree commerciali (credo che servano solo contanti).
Il posto migliore in zona per gustare la fonduta.
C'è un'ampia scelta di formaggi, il servizio è molto cordiale e il nostro formaggio era sottovuoto, indipendentemente dalla dimensione dei pezzi.
Since the Denner in Aarwangen is under new management, there are many new products from regional producers – including products from our famous village cheese dairy – to buy. And since Denner has been actively combating food waste by selling its products at half price, I've been regularly trying products that wouldn't normally end up in my shopping basket. I bought a mocha yogurt in December 2024, "forgotten" at the back of my fridge at home, and opened and tasted it today, March 17, 2025: Perfect! Top-notch! Wonderful taste, not as sweet as these yogurts unfortunately usually are, simply a perfect, fine yogurt. Conclusion: The "date" on a food product means "best before" and not "immediately fatal." It's also the best proof that they work with absolute hygiene and the best raw materials. Great, I'll buy it again!

A perfectly clean cheese dairy fulfills almost every wish, especially the natural whey and buttermilk that we pick up fresh every week. The staff is very friendly, the cheese buffet leaves nothing to be desired, and there's something for everyone, highly recommended. Take a look for yourself and you'll see.
