Cliente di lunga data, anni con l'azienda pagando diligentemente i premi. Primo caso normale in cui è dovuto intervenire un avvocato, mi hanno annullato il contratto durante la mediazione. Finché paghi i premi e non usi l'assicurazione, sei a posto. La prima volta che lo usi possono annullare il contratto. Evitare!

I contracted them a year ago for my whole family. At the time I took their most expensive contact option thinking that I would be represented adequately. I registered 5 questions that needed legal feedback across the whole family members of 3 and throughout the whole year. Not even to mention that the answers to my questions were coming with a delay of 2 months and after several follow ups on my end, today I received a cancellation letter because of "excess" use of their services. Funny to see that a company asks for your money but without wanting to give the service contracted. Lucky that they cancelled, I will get someone more professional and appreciative to the paying customer. Stay away.
