L'estate scorsa 2022 abbiamo avuto discussioni indesiderate con Wefox per un buono sconto di Conforama, e dopo di ciò, quando stavamo per terminare la chiamata con il consulente di Wefox, ha chiesto a me e a mio marito le nostre carte d'identità, quindi dacci il buono sconto, e dopo ha stipulato un contratto con una compagnia di assicurazione sanitaria completamente nuova e si è fatto Vollmacht per noi e così i nostri documenti finiscono al suo indirizzo quindi non abbiamo la minima idea di cosa stia succedendo e, nel 2023 ci siamo svegliati con un tutto nuovo compagnia di assicurazione sanitaria. Sii consapevole di chi ti fidi e a chi dai il tuo documento d'identità. Stai lontano da Wefox

The initial consultation with the health insurance company went well. But right after the consultation, the pressure started: why don't we switch? It's so much better with the new insurance company, they said, just to get us to sign up. Then we agreed that my son and I would switch, but my wife would stay with the old insurance. Over the New Year holidays, my wife got sick, and the pharmacy said she wasn't insured; we would have to pay for the medication out of pocket. At the beginning of January, my wife had to be admitted to the hospital for an emergency, and that's when we found out she wasn't insured because the advisor had canceled her old insurance, and our new insurer wouldn't accept her due to her illness. That's why we decided at the time that she should stay with the old health insurance company. The car insurance became more expensive at the end of the year, and I wanted to adjust or even switch the policy with my advisor, and then came the next surprise with the car insurance. The Weefox advisor tricked me into signing a document without informing me about it and took over all my insurance policies. Stay away from Weefox and companies like that. Instead of relaxing and easing into the new year over the holidays, I had to make countless phone calls. Never again.
