Bad experience. They billed me for many more hours of work than were actually performed. When I directly asked why they were billing these hours, they didn't explain how they arrived at this number. They demonstrated a lack of transparency and professionalism. Not recommended.
A complete company offering quality supplies and workmanship. The team is helpful and quick to resolve requests and issues. They also supply and install fireplaces and stoves. I highly recommend them.
Highly competent advice. Excellent value for money. Everything went perfectly, from the demolition of the old chimney to the installation of the new one. Would gladly use their services again and highly recommend them.
