I've travelled between Spiez train station and my home several times. Unfortunately, there are always people who give it a 1 (top rating). They don't see the bigger picture, only the flaw. They usually act out of frustration or anger. È un peccato. I've already submitted over 900 reviews. The worst rating was a 3 (C).
