Questo feedback riguarda mia sorella che da quasi due mesi aspetta una risposta da ÖKK per iniziare la cura, nonostante sia passata nel loro ufficio a Lucerna ma fino ad oggi ancora nessuna risposta. Ha avuto un'improvvisa occlusione intestinale e sta cercando di mantenersi stabile per evitare un'operazione. Rivolgo quindi la mia richiesta alla direzione senior di ÖKK, una vostra risposta rapida è d'obbligo perché alcuni pazienti non possono aspettare a lungo.
Volevamo cambiare l'assicurazione in ÖKK. ÖKK ha però dimenticato di inoltrare al nostro ex assicuratore la lettera di dimissioni firmata….

Stay away from OKK – Terrible customer service My experience with OKK in Switzerland was simply catastrophic. The customer service is shockingly bad, especially due to employee Stoica Timeea, who behaved arrogantly, unprofessionally, and disrespectfully. Instead of helping, she treated customers with contempt. The company itself is bureaucratic, chaotic, and shows absolutely no genuine interest in the well-being of its policyholders. If your health and your time are worth anything to you, find another health insurance provider. OKK does not treat its customers with the necessary respect.
Please note: ÖKK only covers complementary medicine through basic insurance if the services are performed by a doctor. Unfortunately, it's extremely rare for an osteopath, for example, to be a doctor. Simply ridiculous. Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information directly on the website. Emails aren't answered, by the way. I'm currently considering switching health insurance providers.
I received two insurance policies, two cards, no response to emails, and extremely long wait times. The OKK app asks for patience. After two months, still no response. The worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. Avoid.
