Gli aggiornamenti sono una seccatura; da quando sono diventato editore (3 anni fa), nessuno ha mai lavorato subito. Ciò comporta telefonate avanti e indietro, emissione di biglietti e circa 4 ore di lavoro extra per l'azienda ogni volta, attualmente addirittura bloccando la produzione a causa di ciò. Il servizio clienti è incredibilmente lento; un buon servizio è tutta un'altra cosa. (E comunque, il sistema non funziona nemmeno sui dispositivi Apple.)

Utilizzo il software da circa 10 anni. Offre molte opzioni di personalizzazione ed è facile da usare. La funzionalità multi-cliente mi consente di gestire la contabilità per più clienti. Dato che si tratta di un'azienda svizzera, il supporto è semplice e tu sai chi è il tuo interlocutore. Inoltre, puoi suggerire miglioramenti. Posso sicuramente consigliare il software.

Utilizziamo il software Q3 nella nostra azienda da oltre 15 anni. Il software è semplice e strutturato in modo chiaro, facilitandone l'apprendimento e l'utilizzo da parte dei nuovi utenti. Anche la personalizzazione delle varie funzioni è semplice, permettendoci di adattare il programma alle nostre esigenze specifiche in qualsiasi momento. Se qualcosa dovesse andare storto, il nostro supporto telefonico ed e-mail è rapido ed efficiente.

The software is quite good and easy to use. The support, however, leaves much to be desired. We've been customers for over 10 years, and yet we rarely receive proper help. We're expected to forward inquiries about technical errors (bugs) to their technicians ourselves. Why is that? Am I supposed to make the bed in the morning too? The software is worth its price, in our opinion, but the support... well, I can't think of anything positive to say about it.

We've been using Q3 software for many years. We don't use all the packages, but the ones we need are perfect for us. The applications fulfill our needs, and we're completely satisfied with them. The transition to QR invoices went smoothly thanks to the excellent support; we were one of the first to use QR invoices in our municipality... If anything isn't clear, the support team is there to help us, even with simple questions. We're happy to recommend this software.

We've been using Q3 for over 20 years (back then on MS-DOS), and today we manage it for over 30 clients. In recent years, several useful and powerful features have been added (e.g., filtering, importing bank data, customizing/modifying printouts, exporting/importing, etc.). The software is modular; you only order what you need, from simple club accounting to a comprehensive ERP system. It's client-supporting and, for some time now, also network-compatible. It's easy to learn, with much of it being self-explanatory. The annual license fees are reasonable considering the range of features. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.
