Be careful when working with this management company. In my experience, I strongly advise every owner to carefully review every invoice and all signed contracts. It seems that mistakes are deliberately made to conceal and cover up costs. Communication is abysmal, and responsibility for errors is consistently deflected. Instead of clear information, there are only contradictory statements and lies. In this case, we were saddled with unnecessary costs based on poor work and unprofessional behavior. Particularly questionable are the subscriptions and contracts signed; you can never be sure whether they are truly necessary or correct. If you rely on this management company, you risk getting into a series of unnecessary financial obligations. I strongly advise you to question everything carefully if you continue to have contact with this management company. It seems as if they are working in the interests of the management company rather than those of the owners.
