Ho lasciato il portafoglio sull'autobus dell'Europa-Park e mi è stato detto che doveva essere consegnato al deposito Eurobus a Bassersdorf. La prima volta che sono andato era chiuso. Al secondo tentativo, il 4 giugno, mi è stato detto che gli oggetti smarriti vengono smaltiti dopo sole quattro settimane. Smaltito! E la parte peggiore? La donna non ha saputo dirmi se fosse ancora lì, se fosse stato consegnato alla polizia o se fosse finito altrove. Non ne aveva assolutamente idea. Semplicemente non sapeva nulla: né dove, né quando, né come. E questo nonostante ci fosse la mia carta d'identità. Non è solo un pezzo di carta smarrito: è un documento ufficiale! Com'è possibile "buttare via" qualcosa con dati personali dopo così poco tempo? Questo non solo è irresponsabile, ma potenzialmente anche illegale. Sinceramente sono deluso da come vengono gestite queste cose.

The situation with the school bus service is absolutely appalling! The drivers don't speak German and are incapable of following instructions. They sugarcoat everything on the phone, emails are NEVER answered, and mistakes are always blamed on someone else. This company has been operating in the city of Winterthur for three years and still can't manage a week without making a mistake! And I'm not talking about two-minute delays due to traffic. I'm talking about serious safety deficiencies! Laws are simply ignored, and children are either not secured or not properly restrained. And to top it all off, the city tolerates everything, essentially ripping off taxpayers who are paying for a service that isn't being provided! Thanks for the cronyism and shady dealings of a Third World country!

School bus drivers wearing FFP masks? Seriously? I'm worried about my children who have to ride with your drivers! Besides, shouldn't children be able to see facial expressions and such? Can't you find decent drivers, at least for the children?
