Servizio di qualità, veloce e buon prezzo. Il loro team di gestione è aperto alla negoziazione non solo sui prezzi, ma anche sul numero di persone e camion utilizzati. Avevamo un team di tre persone (Alex, Seidi e Lucas) che ci hanno aiutato con il trasloco e hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro proteggendo i mobili con coperte e fogli di alluminio. Un altro grande vantaggio per noi è stato il fatto di poter viaggiare con loro sui camion, risparmiando così molto tempo. Una cosa da tenere presente è che le loro offerte escludono le tasse. Se lo perdi lascia l'amaro in bocca, ma alla fine costa pochissimo di più.

Bozo, Ruben e la squadra sono stati fantastici. Erano estremamente efficienti con il tempo e cauti con tutte le nostre cose. Erano anche molto gentili e rispettosi. Presto avremo un altro trasloco e sicuramente ci rivolgeremo di nuovo a loro. Altamente raccomandato.

Excellent service. We had a meeting a couple of weeks before the move so as to have an estimate of number of boxes that we would need, number of hours for the whole move and price. The estimation was very accurate and the price fair (not the cheapest offer we had, but the most reliable in terms of number of movers and their experience). We were really satisfied. And we have recommended this company to some acquaintances that have recently moved too and they were very happy too. We also requested the final cleaning of the old apartment and it went very well too.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the packaging of the furniture and paintings, to the moving of all the furniture. They damaged the ceiling in one of our rooms and did not even tell us! We had to tell them because they were running away. Not to mention that to fix this issue they sent a painter, which never arrived. I had to book 3 appointments to have the ceiling repainted, and obviously it is not at all as it was before the move. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. They do not care about the client, all they want is the money. They constantly only wanted to be paid and in a short time frame or they will bill you extra costs. In one word: AVOID
