Abbiamo ordinato due bottiglie d'acqua personalizzate come regalo di addio per gli insegnanti. Purtroppo la qualità della bottiglia viola è molto deludente rispetto a quella turchese. Le firme dei bambini sono appena leggibili e anche il disegno è difficile da distinguere a seconda dell'illuminazione. L’acciaio inossidabile più scuro combinato con il colore viola offre poco contrasto – il risultato complessivo non è chiaro. Il sito web non fa menzione del fatto che i disegni complessi (come le firme) non vengono ben visualizzati sulla bottiglia viola. Quando ho chiesto informazioni, l'azienda ha confermato che i risultati non erano coerenti con questa combinazione di colori. Tuttavia non hanno offerto alcun compenso: solo uno sconto del 20% su una terza bottiglia. Dato il risultato deludente e la mancanza di servizio clienti, non ordinerò più da loro. Un vero peccato.
Ho ordinato una bottiglia d'acqua da 750 ml con incisione laser. È arrivato due giorni dopo. Il prodotto sembra di altissima qualità e ha anche un bell'aspetto! Esattamente come immaginavo. Posso sicuramente consigliarlo.
