Now my life has changed and I'm emigrating because my pension isn't enough, and you're trying to saddle me with a penalty of 500 CHF! Okay, read the terms and conditions. Thanks a lot! Addendum: When I returned my modem, I happened to be served by Mr. Suter, the head of customer service. He looked into my issue and immediately decided that Kabelfernsehen Bödeli would waive the penalty. Thank you for your good judgment and customer-friendliness; that deserves 5 stars.
I bought a robot vacuum cleaner and couldn't connect it to the internet. So I called the cable TV company's technical support. When we couldn't get any further on the phone, I was able to go to Unterseen. They helped me with my complicated problem with a lot of perseverance. Great work. Many thanks to Mr. Carreira!
Karl Lauber did a sensational job; that's exactly how customer service should be. I hope management takes note of this. The telephone service was also top-notch. The field technicians are experts and have always solved my problems so far. The following review is based solely on my conversation with the managing director: Speechless, he tells the customer that the internet isn't working the way they want it to. The internet won't be reprogrammed for them. ??? Yeah, right. The solution is to put the Linksys behind the bridge so the cable TV, which absolutely needs replacing, now only has one plug. So we don't have to come out because it's such a hassle. Understand? I don't, that's why I'm a customer, not a provider. Dear managing director, unfortunately, we're not on a first-name basis, even though you call me "you." Communication skills can be learned, as can how to deal with mistakes. The team is top-notch 👍. Service is top-notch. Managing director, please open your NAT so you can re-polarize your MAC address. Not against customers, but for the customers, service providers!!!
