La stazione della funivia è facilmente raggiungibile poiché molto vicina alla strada statale. Dispone di numerosi posti auto. Il parcheggio costa 5chf per l'intera giornata. L'edificio della funivia è vecchio e la funivia parte ogni 20 minuti. È molto veloce e raggiungi la cima in meno di 10 minuti
Interazione amichevole e utile con le persone su sedia a rotelle. Il mio pass per il compagno è stato accettato senza problemi e uno del nostro gruppo, di cui si festeggiava il compleanno, ha addirittura ricevuto una corsa gratuita. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti 👍…
Trovo fantastico che alle FFS siano validi l'AG e i biglietti giornalieri delle FFS. Ciò che è però inaccettabile è che non vi sia alcuna indicazione da nessuna parte sulla necessità di acquistare il biglietto presso la biglietteria per accedere alla funivia. Ciò significa che devi aspettare in fila per 30 minuti per la gondola, poi girarti e aspettare altri 20 minuti alla biglietteria per ritirare il biglietto... Questo deve essere migliorato il prima possibile, poiché molti visitatori hanno avuto la stessa esperienza.
There was a very rude employee at the cable car counter. Even after repeating our "order" for the three toboggan tickets and sleds three times, the man still couldn't understand us and had to get another colleague and make a phone call. After that, we had to pay some amount for something (?). We pointed out to him that this amount was completely incorrect and that we didn't have all the tickets. He was annoyed with us and said "we should state clearly what we wanted," even though we had already told him four times what kind of tickets we needed. In the end, we were at that counter for 20 minutes and lost time. We were also not told that almost all the toboggan runs were closed. The overview board for all the slopes/trails also didn't indicate that any of them were closed. We feel like we were ripped off for these tickets and sleds. Also, the incident with the marmots is absolutely unacceptable. Putting profit above the lives of (marmot) animals is simply disgusting. Instead of relocating them (which wouldn't really be okay either), killing an entire marmot family is just horrible.
We certainly won't use this ride anymore. Killing the marmots because they weren't willing to find another solution is a disgrace. We don't support such businesses! No one should visit this ride anymore, and the operators should be thrown out.
For many years, the railway operators have known that the marmot enclosure is too small. Since they were too lazy to secure funding for a new enclosure, the entire marmot family has now been shot and disposed of. Absolutely unacceptable. You could beg to save the railway, but not for living creatures! Shame on you.
